  • Just arrived home from visiting Suncorp in Sydney George St (330) St Branch. Wanted to deposit a good sum on Term Deposit....was told to take a seat....I did for 15 min without any further customer service I just walked out....was it a busy time?? No - 3 teller customers only.....WAKE UP SUNCORP STAFF AT 330 GEORGE ST.

  • When term deposits are maturing they will advise you however when you sent it back replied. Post it goes via Brisbane not getting to home branch on time for renewal last time costing me to accept a lower rate caused by no fault of mine.would not reverse there decision.Banks like Hertiage offer a lot better rates
